About Rebecca

Hi, I'm Rebecca Szlajen!

I currently work at C&S Wholesale Grocers as the Recruitment Advertising and Marketing Specialist for their 30+ locations nationwide.

​

Over the past few years, I have worked for a variety of companies, accumulating experience with public relations, social media marketing, graphic and web design, as well as digital marketing. 

​

I graduated Magna cum Laude from Ithaca College in May 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Communication Management and Design and a concentration in Corporate Communications, along with a minor in Journalism.

​

I have previously worked with multiple newspapers and magazines and participated in numerous workshops about journalism and communication, including the Columbia Scholastic Press Association’s Spring Convention as well as writing with the New England High School Journalism Collaborative, which is partnered with the Boston Globe. I wrote articles for a variety of magazines and newspapers in college.
